Bristol has two specially trained domestic abuse police teams:
Support and listening by women for women and girls who have been raped or sexually assaulted. Helpline open Mondays 12.00-3.00pm Wednesdays 6.00-8.00pm Fridays 11.00am-2.00pm.
Empowering and supporting men, women and children who have been raped or sexually assaulted, including information and referrals services, forensic medical facilities, counselling, support in reporting to police etc.
